CANCELLATION POLICY

At DanceDiscover Image, we value your time and the time of our talented stylists. To ensure that appointments run smoothly and efficiently, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. Appointment Modifications: Appointments made within 24 hours cannot be modified.
2. Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a full charge.
3. Late Arrival: We understand that unforeseen delays can happen. However, if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service to ensure its completion within the allotted time.
4. No-Show/No-Response: A "No-Show" or failure to respond to a confirmed appointment will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. Future appointments may be refused in such cases.
5. Same-Day Cancellation: For same-day cancellations of scheduled appointments (if you've chosen to keep your hairstyle overnight), a $55 charge will apply. We will provide a full hairstyle touch-up, addressing any flyaways and ensuring your look is perfect.
